Not impressed being a former USMC infantry rifleman I am well aware of the durablity of the Kabar legend but this is tiny and has no belt attachment just a palstic scabbard and some shoelace looking cord I guess is you tied to your belt loop or something it might stay there but it's nearly impossible to remove it from the scabbard one handed, I was looking for a small indestructable possible weak hand fighting knife that could be cancealed the knife looks solid but the plastic scabbard sucks I guess another knife for the junk drawer but 69.00 with shipping ? not impressed!!!

I carry by BK14 everyday in the small of my back and have had no problems. The sheath holds the knife tight enough it wont come out unless I want it to. It holds a pretty good edge thought the factory edge left something to be desired. Overall a great knife but the belt clip is a must if purchasing this knife.

Tough and easy to conceal. I used the cord to wrap the handle and attached a TDI belt clip to sheath. This is a great knife for everyday carry or the field. I could use this knife for just about anything.

Great knife but came to me super dull and the sheath makes the knife dull after you sharpen it still i think its a very great knife since i usually never let the edge of my knife touch the sheath and i can get the knife sharpened very easily and it holds its edge super well.

I only have 1 complaint about this knife, And it's not so much the knife as it is the cording included. It would of been nice if paracord was included instead of standard nylon cording. However with that out of the way, This is a beautiful knife for the price. The blade is very thick and can be used for prying. Mine had a razor sharp edge upon arrival, So sharp that I ended up shaving a patch of hair off my arm to prove it to a friend (later regretting that now that I have a bald spot on my arm). The edge is also easy to sharpen on a diamond steel to get back to razor sharpness. I've owned many knives over the years and this is now in my EDC. I'm now sold on Ka-Bar/Becker and will be aquiring a couple more later on down the line. Also, The sheath issue that has been floating around the internet (The glass infused sheaths causing the blade to dull) has been fixed. I've drawn my knife 10 - 15 times repeatedly to test it and the knife is still sharp.

Nice knife to thump on,nice and black so people don't notice when i use it,never got stink eye for using it in public(I'm in Europe),sheath is kinda heavy though,paid 50$ for it.

Noticed some one was complaining that this knife has no belt attachment, just some cord. That's because it's a NECK KNIFE. The sheath is meant to be worn on your chest, hung from the cord around your neck. Also, the sheath releases the knife very easily one handed. You just need to use your thumb to disengage it from the locked in position. Being this is a neck knife, when sheathed the knife is suspended handle facing down. It is snug so the knife doesn't fall out. Very annoying when people purchase a product they know nothing about, and then give it a bad rating based on their own ignorance of the products proper usage. 5 star knife. Has taken over as my EDC.

This knife is nice.
